RPI Men’s Hockey Has 11 Named to Krampade/AHCA All-American Scholars

TROY, N.Y. – The American Hockey Coaches Association has announced the 2021-22 Krampade/AHCA Division I All-American Scholars from men’s hockey and 11 Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) student-athletes have been recognized.

RPI’s recipients include Anthony Baxter (Oakville, ON / UMass Lowell),  John Beaton (Stittsville, ON / Youngstown Phantoms), Zach Dubinsky (Highland Park, Illinois / Omaha Lancers), Mason Klee (Morrison, CO / Sioux Falls Stampede), Linden Marshall (Victoria, BC / Trail Smoke Eaters), Jakub Lacka (Bratislava, Slovakia / Central Illinois Flying Aces), Ottoville Leppanen (Espoo, Finland / Espoo Blues U20), Henri Schreifels (Newbury Park, CA / Victoria Grizzlies), Shane Sellar (Carlisle, PA / Dartmouth College), Lauri Sertti (Espoo, Finland / Amarillo Bulls) and Jack Watson (Toronto, ON / Coquitlam Express).

To be eligible for selection, a student-athlete must have a 3.6 GPA in both fall and spring semesters and play in at least 40% of the team’s games.

Rensselaer returns to the ice this fall, when it opens its 2022-23 schedule on October 1, with a scrimmage against Colgate University at the Houston Field House.
