The Raiders fell 2-1 in overtime against Stonehill in their season opener on Friday at Warrior Ice Arena. Jake Schneider gave Colgate the lead with a shorthanded goal halfway through the first but the Skyhawks were able to tie the game in the second period before an overtime goal three minutes into the extra frame.
Coach Harder’s Comments
“We certainly were not the best version of ourselves tonight. We have to give them credit as well, they played hard and forced us to make mistakes. We will be better tomorrow.”
