ALBANY, N.Y. – For the second consecutive week Emma Seitz has been named ECAC Hockey Player of the Week.

The junior blueliner from New York City had three goals and two assists as the No. 9 Yale Women’s Hockey Team earned three conference road points last weekend.

Seitz had a goal in the 4-4 tie at St. Lawrence last Friday before having a hand on every Bulldog tally in a 4-2 win over No. 7 Clarkson. She finished with two goals and two helpers as the Elis (7-2-1, 5-2-1 ECAC) knocked off their third nationally ranked opponent in five contests.

The former CT Polar Bear star earned the same honor the week before after a three-goal, four-point effort in a sweep of Harvard and Dartmouth at Ingalls Rink.

She is back in action Tuesday with a 3 p.m. game at Long Island University.
