FORWARD OF THE WEEK
Armstrong played a vital role in Syracuse earning its first win and sweep of the season, outscoring Stonehill on the road 11-4. The Orange won in the series finale 8-2, and scored their most goals in a single game since Nov. 25, 2022 (10-0 win vs. Post).
The Bancroft, Ontario native tied for the AHA lead in points last week after tallying four (2G-2A). The sophomore forward netted was one of five AHA skaters to net a power play goal last weekend, and tied for the AHA weekend lead in shots (10).
Armstrong was named AHA Rookie of the Week on Feb. 24, 2025. This is the second overall AHA weekly honor for the Orange forward.
