Gold Medal Game of IIHF Women’s Hockey World Championships To Be Televised

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced today that Universal Sports will provide live television and streaming coverage of tomorrow’s (April 4) gold-medal game at the 2015 International Ice Hockey Federation Women’s World Championship in Malmo, Sweden. Opening faceoff is set for 10 a.m. ET. The game will also be re-televised on Monday, April 13 at 1 p.m. ET.

Team USA defeated Russia, 13-1, today in semifinal action to advance to the gold-medal game. The U.S. is now undefeated in four games and has outscored its opponents 30-6. The U.S., the defending world champion, will face Canada, who defeated Finland, 3-0, in the other semifinal game.
