The center played his sophomore season (2004-05) for Gates-Chili before leaving for Northwood School in Lake Placid for two years and spent 2007-08 with the Syracuse Stars before heading to the BCHL and Salmon Arm for two seasons.
After four seasons at the University of Wisconsin, the undrafted free agent signed with the Detroit organization.
