Pragmatix is a new company that provides tools and services to improve the workplace performance of individuals and teams, and provides marketing advice to businesses. We are passionate about helping people do their job better, and have more successful businesses.

We need an experienced person as our Customer Service Manager who will be able to:

  • Provide excellent customer service (mostly via telephone and email)
  • Call clients and prospects to schedule appointments for sales staff
  • Follow up on those prospecting calls
  • Have high level skills with MS Office and overall good IT skills.
  • Be a reliable team player
  • Take initiative and ownership of their role
  • Communicate effectively in all forms (fluent English)
  • Plan and prioritise work
  • Undertake administrative tasks with ease and quality processes

There will be opportunity to specialise more as the business grows, but to start with, you’ll be doing quite a variety of things! .

You’ll be working 9 – 3, on 3 weekdays per week (there’s flexibility to arrange this to suit you – we need about 20 hours a week).

Business experience  and referees are essential.

Casual hourly rate negotiable ($30+ per hour).
