COMETS SIGN DEFENSEMAN JOE FAUST TO PTO
Utica, NY – Utica Comets General Manager Ryan Johnson announced today that the club has signed defenseman Joe Faust to a professional tryout contract.
Faust, 26, has skated in 15 games with the Idaho Steelheads this season collecting eight assists. Last season, the defenseman appeared in 69 games with the Steelheads recording 41 points (14-27-41) and 24 penalty minutes. The Bloomington, Minnesota native has skated in 38 career AHL games, including four last season with the Texas Stars.
