Three New York State natives will play for Team USA in the USA Women’s World Championships in November
Haley Winn, Rochester; Hayley Scamurra, Buffalo and Aerin Frankel, Chappaqua will take part in the Team USA training sessions being held next week (September 13-19) in Minnesota. They will then travel to Plymouth, Michigan for more training and a pair of exhibition games against Canada.
Tickets are available for the exhibition games being held October 28 and October 30 at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth. Puck drops at 7 p.m.
The 2026 IIHF Women’s World Championship will be held November 6 through 16 in Herning and Estjerg, Denmark.
