CORTLAND, N.Y. – The nationally ninth-ranked Plattsburgh men’s hockey team scored four consecutive goals spanning the first through third periods and earned a 5-2 win versus Cortland Saturday night in the regular-season final for both teams at Alumni Arena. The Red Dragons finished the season at 9-13-3 overall and 3-11-2 in the SUNYAC, while the Cardinals improved to 18-5-2 and 13-2-1 and clinched the top seed in the upcoming conference tournament.
