Freshman goaltender Chad Veltri needed only 16 saves to register his first collegiate shutout as Niagara blanked Mercyhurst 3-0.Ben Sokay and Chris Cooley each had a two-point night as the Purps try to pry their way to a first round home playoff series.
RIT senior Shawn Cameron tied his career high with a three-point effort on two goals and an assist.to lead the Tigers to a 4-1 victory at Robert Morris. The win keeps them in fourth place and in position for a first round playoff bye.
Nick Hutchinson and Matt Hoover netted third period goals as Canisius came from two goals down, but settled for a 3-3 tie with Air Force before losing the shootout.

Senior Anton Rosen made 33 saves for his second career shutout and Jasper Korican-Barlaynetted two goals as Fredonia blanked Plattsburgh for the first time since the 2004-05 season 5-0.
Nazareth senior James McDonald (Potsdam) netted a natural hat trick and all four goals in the Golden Flyers 4-2 win over Lebanon Valley. It was his first collegiate hat trick.
