Ruggiero To Take Part In Islanders Girls Hockey Day

EAST MEADOW, NY – The New York Islanders will host the first official Islanders Girls Hockey Day at the team’s official practice facility, Northwell Health Ice Center in Eisenhower Park, on Sun., May 22, 2016.

Team USA Olympic Gold Medalist and member of the Hockey Hall of Fame Class of 2015, Angela Ruggiero will lead a Try Hockey For Free event for girls of any skill level, followed by an on-ice advanced girls clinic. Ruggiero will also participate in a question/answer session, as well as sign autographs for all of the attendees.
WHAT New York Islanders first official Islanders Girls Hockey Day. The day will consist of an on-ice clinic and a post-practice question/answer session. All attendees will receive autographs from Ruggiero.
